The majority of the Marketing assets we create will be delivered electronically
- SimplerSystems will deliver all digital assets via email by default, unless the client has a current subscription to Social MadeSimpler. If client is currently using Social MadeSimpler, all assets will be delivered directly into the content library within the Social platform, unless otherwise specified
- Timing of asset delivery is dependent on bundle frequency, services or products purchased and will be disclosed during initial planning conversations.
If your order contains Physical (printed) Marketing assets:
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 - 7 business days from the date that the marketing asset is approved by client. However, during busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If you have a specific needed delivery date, please work with us to accommodate your needs. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Methods:
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping. The available options will be displayed at checkout.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
